Terms of Service

  • I have the right to decline any and all projects.

  • Commissions are not accepted on a "first-come first-serve" basis.

  • I own all rights to my work. I may stream the creation of the artwork & post the finished product on my social media and portfolio unless asked otherwise.

Payment

  • Payment will be sent upfront via PayPal invoice.

  • No refunds will be issued after work has already begun.

Process

  • Upon accepting the request, I will send a rough sketch within the week for you to review. If to your satisfaction, I will send an invoice and begin to work on your piece.

  • All estimated delivery times are based on work beginning after payment.

  • Unlimited minor alterations may be requested within 7 days upon completion.

Use

  • Clients are allowed to use the Reactive GIFs however they like, be it for a PNGtuber, Fugi image, avatar/banner, etc. as long as it does not infringe upon any other terms.

  • You may not sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT.
    Editing, tracing, monetizing or training my work to AI is also prohibited.

  • Credit is required and may be attributed to @sorencaster.
